High-Purity Materials

• Use quartz sand with ≥72% SiO₂, mixed with boron-magnesium ore and sodium carbonate.

• Result: Tighter glass structure boosts Mohs hardness to 6.2 (vs. 5.5 for regular glass).

Smart Cooling Process

• Multi-stage cooling from 580°C to 320°C using PLC-controlled systems.

• Benefits:

  • 98% stress removal

  • Light transmission >91% (ASTM D1003)

2. Surface Toughness: Coatings & Structure Tweaks
Hot-End Coating
